Here's just a look at some of the things the Friends of Cheyenne Mountain State Park have accomplished.

  • Terrain Hopper Program

  • Support park property acquisition and expansion

  • Installed boot scrapers at trailheads

  • Supported volunteers at park events: First Day Hike, Adventure Day, Kids to Parks, No Child Left Inside, Fall Festival

  • Supported volunteers’ appreciation picnic and volunteers’ Christmas banquet

  • Supported Ballot Issue 1-A 2021 & Issue 1 (TOPS) 2023

  • Received several grants for bike repair stations and water fountains

  • Continue to fund Trail Ambassadors program

  • Support archery program with equipment, supplies, and volunteers
